Scotch Teas

2 cups quick-cooking oats
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter (1 stick), melted

Grease an 8-inch square pan. In a large bowl, combine oats, sugar, baking powder, and salt, and mix well. Stir in butter and mix well. Pour into the baking dish and pat evenly. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack and cut into bars.
